Other December 18th, 2008
Federpneus, an association that holds the tire specialist retailers, announced recently the results of a study in which over the past five years the number of motorcycles has grown considerably in our country, an increase equal to 27.81%.
In particular, just five years ago, in 2003, the number of motorcycles registered was 4,370,449 in 2007 motorcycles had already become 5,585,972.
The increase in the number of motorcycles covered, in particular, the region of central and southern ahead with the Molise with 44.52% followed closely by Lazio with 39.88% and the northern region of Piedmont with the 37.48%.
According Federpneus, this increase is due mainly to the difficulties of finding parking and traffic congenital that would push people to buy a motorcycle to move freely in city traffic.
