Here is the Smart ForTwo branded Hermes

The fashion of the moment is that it wants car manufacturers to collaborate with a famous brand of clothing for the creation of a vehicle trandy.

The last to take place is one between the Smart brand and Hermes which has seen a new version of the Smart ForTwo.

The new Smart Hermes aims to boost sales of the brand even if there is to say that the price of 48 thousand euro certainly does not make it affordable.

The price is so high, however justified dall’esclusivitĂ  accessories in the vehicle. Please note, in particular, the interior coating of seats that will be characterized by the use of a valuable double skin color. Eccentric even the colors chosen for the body that help to make even more exclusive the Smart ForTwo Hermes.

We just have to wait for further announcement about the availability and the whole list prices. Stay tuned.

Yet another recognition of the Smart ForTwo in America

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has elected the Smart ForTwo as the cleanest cars currently sold in America between those who are equipped with traditional engine, excluding, therefore, those with electric or hybrid engine.

A great success, therefore, that saw the Smart ForTwo win the hearts of Americans against the skepticism of many who believed that the small Smart could not fit into a market usually dominated by large-displacement cars.

A big hand for help was given, of course, higher oil that has led to reflection, the increase in prices of petrol which has reached levels never seen so much that even the Americans have decided to turn towards the car small engine capacity that allow to minimize consumption.

So the Smart ForTwo has been for many the ideal alternative, especially for those using the car to move mainly in city traffic.

Toyota IQ: soon arrive on the streets Japanese

After version presented in concept, Toyota announced the imminent arrival of the Japanese market microcar IQ, a car by the smallness that is ideal for getting around every day in city traffic.

The new vehicle is approved for four people but in truth the cockpit looks very stresso so that we can have a maximum of two adults in front and two children behind.

The Toyota perhaps hopes to achieve with his IQ the same success achieved by the Smart ForTwo with her even if we have to say that the interior of IQ seem too minimalist.

The central console, in fact, it seems very “strips” and also the tapestry leaves much to be desired color too dark.

The selling price was high well justified other technological equipment and instead the company seems to have adopted a policy to savings.

The Smart For Two becomes electricity

The Smart For Two microauto is one of the most loved and esteemed worldwide much to sell each year a very large number of vehicles.

All have enjoyed until now the skills of self especially useful to circulate in city traffic. Very soon, however, many will also appreciate the rispettositĂ  the environment because it is arriving a version of all ecological as driven by an electric motor.

The new version seems aesthetically identical to the traditional version, what changes is obviously the engine which will eliminate CO2 emissions on the environment while ensuring discrete benefits to enable them to move quietly through the streets of our city.

Unfortunately not yet known when the electricity will be placed on the market it even the new price list but many circumstances suggest that this will happen very soon.

There are still Fiat vehicles sold in the beginning of 2008

Unrae has issued in recent days the returns for most cars sold in Italy in the first quarter of 2008.

According to these statistics, the segment that is the master is the one B which has sold a total of 346,000 cars that make up the 39.69% of the total.

With regard to individual models sold, remains in the head with the Fiat Grande Punto has sold over 70,000 copies, a major achievement given that in second place was placed Ford Fiesta with 32,974 vehicles sold. On the lowest rung of the podium there was, instead, a head-to-head between the Lancia Ypsilon el’Opel Stroke separated by just 1000 units.

In the segment A, the strength of Fiat was even more clear with two vehicles in the first two positions, we are talking about the Fiat Panda (54,776 vehicles) followed by the new wheel 500 (35,219 vehicles). In third place, staccatissima, the Smart ForTwo that for just a thousand vehicles passed the Matiz.
