From January 2009 to enter into force new legislation providing for restrictions on inexperienced drivers, who can drive in the early years, only cars that do not exceed a certain power to reduce the risk of accidents.

The chairman of the, Enrico Gelpi, has recently launched a proposal that, if accepted, could meet the needs of average families, which in January will be forced to buy a new vehicle to their son drivers.

The proposal provides, in fact, many facilities for the purchase of the first car to the drivers with an aged between 18 and 25 years: the exemption of stamp car for the first years, VAT applicable to 10% and many more .

One proposal, or rather a project that will obviously applies only to the purchase of environmentally friendly cars. We just have to see whether this project will apply or not.
